Subway is one of the world’s largest quick-service restaurant brands, serving millions of customers daily across 100+ countries. The work focused on global marketing campaigns and training resources that needed to resonate with diverse franchise owners and staff, many working in different languages and cultural contexts. The challenge was ensuring brand consistency across regions while tailoring materials to local market needs.

My role

As part of Subway’s creative communications team, I developed multilingual campaign materials, training resources, and promotional designs. I worked closely with internal marketing leads and translators to adapt content for multiple cultural contexts while keeping visuals cohesive. My role required balancing creative freedom with strict global brand guidelines.
