Compass for Agility™

Compass for Agility™ is a practical, visually engaging guide that helps leaders and teams adopt agile ways of working. It distills methodologies into accessible frameworks that can be implemented at any scale. The project required transforming dense, text-heavy content into an intuitive, highly visual publication that would be both a learning tool and a reference resource for long-term use.

I collaborated directly with the author to distill complex agile concepts into approachable visuals. I created custom illustrations and designed the publication layout to guide the reader smoothly through the content. This involved balancing visual clarity with creative expression, ensuring the material felt engaging without losing precision.
