Cultural Cartography™
Cultural Cartography™ is an innovative, modular framework of techniques, publications, and workshops that help organizations make sense of cultural change. The goal was to take big, often abstract ideas and turn them into something leaders and teams could actually use in real situations. I wanted the design to feel confident but approachable — something that could work in a variety of organizational settings while still feeling cohesive.
My role
I served as creative lead from concept to final delivery, working closely with the founder and subject matter experts to translate conceptual frameworks into visual systems. I designed the brand identity, marketing materials, and product assets while establishing scalable templates to ensure future growth. I managed the process end-to-end, coordinating feedback and refining designs to meet both strategic and aesthetic goals.
