CMS Management & Design Thinking Office
The Management & Design Thinking Office at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services drives innovation and human-centered design in healthcare policy and delivery. The project involved creating a visual identity and communication system to support initiatives ranging from internal group workshops to executive leadership outreach. The designs needed to feel authoritative with a high value on 508 compliant accessibility, helping to bring design thinking into a highly regulated environment.
My role
I developed the brand identity for the Front Office communications initiative and designed communication tools to help teams share ideas and results effectively. I worked with program leads and senior executives to ensure each asset supported their strategic goals, whether for internal workshops or public-facing reports.
