Skyline

Skyline is a cultural change initiative focused on co-creating a shared vision of organizational culture by recognizing and sharing what's already happening, and then enabling cross-pollination via blueprints of best practices for federal agencies. The goal was to create a brand identity and product interface that felt modern, intuitive, and adaptable to different industries, with the goal of cultivating sense of shared experience across the enterprise while recognizing the reality of localized cultures. This required aligning the visual design with the experiences of real people doing the work to create a seamless product-to-consumer connection.

My role

I developed the brand identity, led the product team to design facilitation decks and interactive digital workbooks, and collected and visualized ROI reports for stakeholders. The aim was to make sure the branding and user experience felt seamless so the product looked and worked like a unified whole.
